AUTP is always organizing exciting new conferences, workshops, and seminars. Here are some of our previous events.
2020-21
We hosted our annual AUTP 2021 conference dedicated to innovation in psychiatric education across the globe.
We heard from a range of speakers from around the world on innovations in undergraduate psychiatric education during these times of adversity.
We hosted a conference for those interested in health disparities, and those wanting to prepare for the challenges facing medical education today.

Featured a keynote session from Professor Sir Michael Marmot, and two round table discussions from expert panellists.
AUTP's Discover Psych hosted a revision event to help prepare students for exams, with exam-style MCQ questions and fantastic speakers such as Prof. Subodh Dave (RCPsych Dean) and Dr. Declan Hyland (Undergraduate Psychiatry Director of Studies, Liverpool University).
We hosted a webinar series, exploring ways that the delivery of medical education has shaped, adapted and evolved in response to the COVID19 pandemic.
Featured a range of speakers from various educational institutions across the UK, including Dr Paul Wilkinson (University of Cambridge Psychiatry Specialty Director).
AUTP's Discover Psych hosted it's first ever Christmas quiz! The event was open to committee members from all UK university psychiatry societies, with prizes to be won. We even had some psychiatrists join in with their PsychSoc's team!
We had a fun, festive evening - thank you to all the PsychSocs for taking part and well done to Cambridge Psychiatry Society for winning!
